Livwell use to be great now it sucks. You have the system to call number and don’t but that’s the least of your worries. I walked out today and watched 2 others walk out too. It was 12 on a Saturday and there was 6 people behind the counter and only 1 person was helping people out. There started to be people waiting way longer than they should’ve. It wasn’t busy but there was still a line cause of the terrible service. I will never be going back to livwell as they seem to be the worst in town now. I highly recommend you guys start putting the customer first again.

I miss the old online order pick up process and the TVs in the waiting room to let you know when it was your turn. But Erica B. was very sweet, helpful and knowledgeable! She went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed.

New to Greely area and so excited that I came to live well and dealt with Marissa as my Bud Tender! She was absolutely amazing, helpful, knowledgeable and professional not to mention Kind. Such a breath of fresh air. Definitely feel good about making a stop here.

This place is whacked! This is the most impersonal experience I have had at a shop. After check in you walk into a waiting room and you wait for your name to be called. There were only 2 budtenders. The bustender was friendly and helpful. There were several people ahead of me and I waited almost 20 minutes for service. LivWell should work on the overall experience. Big Corp is evil, stop supporting conglomerates. I won't be back!

Staff is amazing.. that’s really the only nice thing I can say about LivWell. They were recently purchased by a new company. During the transition they sold super old flower for full price and only on the rec side. Almost two weeks without flower on the med side. When they finally did stock flower on the med side.. they are charging $115 per oz!!! For medical flower!!! And that was the only option! If you’re looking for quality meds (or rec) at an affordable price, GO TO NATURES!! It’s legit, amazing deals! Even better if you sign up with them. The manager on the med side is your budtender! And they have drive thru on the rec side!!!!! 🤩 @LivWell, the only way to communicate to a manager is to leave a Google review?!??? Well here is my review. I will not be shopping at LivWell again and I will actively suggest to others to do the same!
